Goguryeo's bloodline, building with earth and stone,
left the Tomb of the General in Manchuria, our land

By the Mississippi they built some four thousand mounds(*)
and on the Nile, Gubu(*) left the world's largest stone tomb,
the Pyramid of Giza

As a grandfather looks upon his grandson, our bloodline
went from earth tombs to building stone tombs
and raised pyramids in every corner of the world
